Release the source code to missing Half-Life mods? #3514

Is there a possibility, now that the codebase is getting updated, other Half-Life mods will be open-sourced? Mods like CS and TFC including their dependencies like VGUI1/2 and particleman?

Source code for TFC, DoD or even CS or CSCZDS would be very much appreciated.

Condition Zero Deleted Scenes source code would be great, it has a lot of neat features that've kinda been going to waste due to being locked down.
