Detail textures applied at incorrect size #3631

After recent update on November 29.

Detail textures are enabled, but they are applied at incorrect size. detail textures enabled detail textures enabled detail textures disabled detail textures disabled

Mostly noticeable at ct spawn on cs_office_cz cs_office_cz

Can confirm, this is occurring in everything from games to mods.

Before todays update I was able to successfully get Detailed Texture and Shaders in every game and mods without issue.

I had to force the sv_allow_shaders 1 command in an autoexec.cfg to get the shader to function as this wasn't enabled by default but after that everything seemed to work flawlessly.

This bug is still present for me as of 7th April, 2024, playing Condition zero on Linux. If I enable Detailed Textures, they get blurry when I get close, and detailed when I move away. The only option I have is to turn off Detailed Textures if I want non-buggy graphics. But it would be really neat if this could get fixed already. It's been like 5 months since that update.
