[CS 1.6][REQUEST] RCON autocomplete #377

Title says it all.

Currently console autocomplete is not working when you have typed in "rcon ".

Hmm... I agree. Rcon commands can be very tedious to google. I remember having a very difficult time trying to track down the console commands to ban people.
