Improved HTTP download performance & Fixed downloading of content from servers via HTTP #487

Half-Life 1 updated: "Improved HTTP download performance" "Fixed downloading of content from servers via HTTP, both if you got a 404 error on one of the links or the file was in the base download folder"

HTTP download is not performing well as i stated here https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife/issues/455 It is very glitchy , hangs , not downloading as fast as it was before the updates

Empty folders issue is still happening sometimes for files in root folder of sv_downloadurl i will upload the dump next time it happens
