[HL] Z-fighting Texture glitch #693

The texture reacts oddly when you're moving:

@CRASHFORT is almost right: The mapper placed the sign inside the wall, but z-fighting is a solvable openGL problem. And HL have this glitch since Quake

Any bright ideas for quick-fixes?

HL no longer let's you switch to 16-bit color, which worked for me on another computer, and Catalyst drivers no longer have any OpenGL Z-buffer settings from what I gather.

Messing with "gl_ztrick_old"(or whatever it's called nowadays) in the console had no effect either.
