Allow kb layout change from textentry #706

Can you add dafault language in console ENG, and defualt in chat - system language or do setting Chat language = RU or ENG or Others.

I don't understand the feature you want.

If I write in chat by russian language or other, in console I will write english anyway

That works fine just now. You can use any language (and mix languages) in chat, and the console commands are all in english and will stay that way.

Right, so we won't be localizing the internal cvar names.

I don't use russian in console, I always use english, I think everyone do like me. I did not mean localizing cvars..

Oh, you want to change the keyboard layout you are entering with on the fly?

Scarcely, for example, I change the layout to write in a chat in Russian, but I want to write cvars in the console and I am constantly confronted with the fact that I need to switch keyboard layout again (google translate xD) russian language in console 99 percent useless
