[CS 1.6 Beta 5971] Low sensitivity bug #719

The problem manifests in the form of periodically changing the cursor speed. From the beginning a couple of seconds the cursor moves slowly, then a couple of seconds faster

This problem is begin after i write not correct value to sensitivity cvar (.008).

I confirm that. mouse in this game is very annoying :(
