[Half-Life - Suggestion] Add smokepuffs #791

In CS 1.6 and CS:CZ, when I shoot, I can see smoke puffs. Half-Life doesn't have it.

Those gifs don't exist.

I see. +1 to adding smoke puffs to Half-Life.
