Half-Life just updated itself and I'm not having the issues anymore.
They're all happening again but only in certain mods. CS, Blue Shift, Opposing Forces, Deathmatch, and Richochet. They don't happen in TFC, Day of Defeat, or HL1 itself. They are all the same problems and they all go hand in hand with each other. Just after HL1 updated awhile ago. I even opted out of the HL1 beta but that did nothing.
I updated to the beta and now my mouse is totally messed up. When highlighting menu options from the main menu it's making the clicking sound effect multiple times as I scroll across it with out pulling my cursor off the choice, I cannot click and drag scroll bars, and my moues buttons all bind as "MOUSE1". Also, my aim locks onto one point when I set "m_rawinput" to "0". I made a demo of that. http://www.mediafire.com/?0zl281mxsi45fe3
