[GoldSource - Suggestion] Add -stretchaspect to video options #976

Something like this image In AspectRatio:

Normal (4:3)
Widescreen (16:9)
Widescreen (16:10)

In DisplayMode:

Full screen
Full screen with bars
Run in a window
Windowed (No Border)

or apply the black bars only for Normal(4:3) aspect ratio

+1 it seems a lot of people mistakenly think the black bars are a bug so this would at least make it less confusing
