[TFC] Players stuck in sentry gun. #997

Players can get stuck in a sentry gun when it’s being built if they jump on the base before it’s completely built. Once the sentry is complete the player will be stuck in the turret part. The easiest fix would be to slay the player or blow the sentry up. I would vote on slaying the player so players can't grief the engineer.
