[TFC] Rocket flare sprite bad performance. #998

Change the default rocket flare sprite. This flare causes fps drops on lower end systems (such as my laptop) and honestly it’s incredibly too big and just looks hideous!

Try r_dynamiclight 0 to disable dynamic lighting. In game dir you can change that sprite to a more pleasant for you.

same problem here r_dynamiclight doesn't exist anymore
