[Linux(Ubuntu14.04 64bit)] Vsync doesn't work on game startup #196

If vsync is set to on in the options(double or triple-buffered, it doesn't matter which), every time the game is started up vsync is not working. To resolve this you have to disable vsync in the options and then re-enable it every time.
