Bink Video Echoes #92

Upon finishing the game, the last cutscene had echoing audio (it did this upon restarting the game as well), and may have ignored the volume settings, though I couldn't tell due to the double audio.

I had this too. I didn't notice echo but the sound was clearly a lot louder than it was in the game itself.

To clarify, it started right after GLaDOS sent Chell up with the elevator and continued until the credits.

Is there an echo or anything strange when you do:

mplayer ~/.local/share/Steam/SteamApps/common/Portal\ 2/portal2/media/sp_30_a4_finale5.bik

You might need to install mplayer first (sudo apt-get install mplayer or sudo yum install mplayer). Alternatively you can also use ffplay (part of ffmpeg).
