Jittery animations. #119

It seems like the thirdperson animations are bugged out. Anyone know how to fix this? Video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VXkS9FGRMA&feature=youtu.be

You might want to add more details, I've not heard anyone else having this problem and I'm certainly not having it myself.

In regards to this issue, I have been working around a fix.

I still require a few more days to make tweaks and changes. It should be alright and be able for release, if permitted.
