makegamedata xbox360 and nav file converter

hello my name is miguel and I would like to know where is the makegamedata that you specify in nav_file.cpp or can you guide me how to convert the .nav files from pc to x360 more than anything I am an independent developer I make my maps and games on pc but also I want to play them in x360, I currently have the dource engine sdk 2007 and since then I have been able to convert the mdl, vtf and .bsp but the nav files as I convert them, if they could update or launch a makegamedata for those that we still develop in xbox 360 of much help
