Add DualShock 3 controller #43

The DualShock 3 controller is fully supported by Steam on Linux, including correct button prompts on the UI and a photo of the controller on Steam Input's controller configuration screen.

@TTimo, this one seems good to merge. We already have test data for identifying this controller in SDL.

This was included in steam-launcher beta 1.0.0.78, which will be promoted to general availability when it has had more testing.
