Crash after trying to log in

I try to log in? but after entering crendentials app 10 secs showing "Loading User Data" and crashes showing in a console assert_20230824023656_32.dmp[13597]: Finished uploading minidump (out-of-process): success = no assert_20230824023656_32.dmp[13597]: error: Failed sending data to the peer assert_20230824023656_32.dmp[13597]: file ''/tmp/dumps/assert_20230824023656_32.dmp'', upload no: ''Failed sending data to the peer'' src/clientdll/configstore.cpp (128) : ConfigStore (UserLocalConfigStore) is dirty, and being destroyed, we're discarding data assert_20230824025250_32.dmp[15650]: Uploading dump (out-of-process) /tmp/dumps/assert_20230824025250_32.dmp [2023-08-24 02:52:52] Shutdown

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Steam (apt, dpkg, gdebi) after each attempt i deleted all files in ~/.steam and /usr/share/steam
2. Run steam
3. Try to log in (both by QR-code, app confirm, entering code manually)
4. Get crash
