Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

For a little over a year I have had problems updating the Steam GUI (or at least I think it has something to do with my problem). Steam no longer starts from my laptop. I have tried everything from formatting the distro to trying Steam flatpak but I can't. start Steam attached screenshots of the terminal with Steam.deb and the Flatpak version I was looking at the forums here and tried several recommendations such as updating the kernel or starting from the terminal with extra instructions to skip the start of loading user data and although with that I can see some Steam options from the taskbar I can't access them, I can only see options like "settings", "friends", "Exit Steam" but nothing happens if I click on them. Another issue that support told me and I also see here that they recommend using an Ubuntu-based distribution for greater compatibility, can you recommend a distro please? I already tried Bodhi Linux, but from there I have the same problems, I also attach screenshots of my technical specifications. They recommended Artix Linux but I never touched Arch, forgive my ignorance and I appreciate any help.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

.deb VERSION:

1.I download the .deb version from the official Steam page.

2.I direct the version to the location where the .deb file was downloaded

3.I open a terminal from that location.

4.I run sudo dpkg -i steam_latest.deb. 5.I run sudo apt-get install -f

I get messages saying: You are missing the following 32-bit libraries, and Steam may not run: libc.so.6. 7.I run sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install libc6:i386. 8.The window appears:

9.I install the packages but then I get the Steam loading user data window and I don't know what else to do: ErrorLoadingUserDataStuck-nombreDeUsuarioTachado

Flatpak Versión:

1.I make sure to completely delete the .deb version to do this I run dpkg --list

I run sudo apt-get purge steam-launcher steam-libs-amd64 steam-libs-i386:i386
Then I run sudo apt autoremove
. Finally I type rm -rf ~/.steam rm -rf ~/.local/share/Steam and press enter
I run sudo apt update sudo apt install flatpak
I run flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
I run flatpak install flathub com.valvesoftware.Steam. Finally flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam
