Steam chat window causes KDE to glitch

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The whole KDE desktop glitches (Lovely KDE), I had that issue for years possibly, on different KDE distros and I just discovered that steam chat window is causing it. It seems the problem happens only after sleep cycle, and when the chat window is present on the desktop. Restarting Steam helps, restarting plasma do not help if chat window is still in use. Using different steam windows does not cause any trouble just steam chat window.

clues: -Not sure if it's related, but I sometimes have problem were OBS refuse to record due to NVENC fail (Driver generallly works cause gaming).

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. open and keep steam chat window
2. Sleep cycle pc
3. activate steam chat window

The steam interface is very buggy on everything and every hardware, just so you feel a bit better.
