Video playback on a game page won't stop if the app is closed and will create subsequent failures on the app

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I expect that the video playback stops when i close the Steam client app. What happens is that video playback does not stop (i can hear the audio still playing), and when i open the store page again something weird happen and the page loads full black. Clicking on the 'featured' link of the app won't load the page, it stays black.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open the Steam Client app.
2. Open a random game page that has video advertising.
3. Start playing the video
4. Close the Steam client app. (click on the top-right X icon)
5. You will hear that the audio is still playing
6. Reopen the store page using the right click menu on the Steam toolbar icon
7. The page won't load as there is something that won't make it load correctly
8. Click on the 'Featured' link in the Steam client menu
9. The page won't load and will show as full black
