Steam client may stuck at launch #10528

Your system information

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Time to time, usually after computer reboot I observing stuck steam client at the launch. Steam stucks forever until I close terminal tab or terminate with command killall steam. Pressing Ctrl + C key combination in terminal where steam was launched couldn't helps to stop steam client.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
