Older games that use native Steam Input are unable to fetch Steam Input glyphs on the Steam Deck

Talos Principle and Defender's Quest are using native Steam Input for actions and glyphs. Despite this, they are unable to fetch glyphs on the Steam Deck. This might be a more widespread issue. The previous two games run natively on Linux but this also applies to games that use Proton like Magicka 2 and Serious Sam 3 which are also unable to fetch glyphs on the Steam Deck https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/7656 I tested Portal 2, Half Life 2 and Black Mesa for glyhps and those games did have them working.
