Fullscreen video turns screen into a strobe light

  • I noticed in the webhelper.txt logs, WasHidden was oscillating rapidly on and off - changing ~320 times per second
  • in the steamwebhelper.log - there's a ton of AbortError: the play() request was interrupted by a call topause()`

On the steam store page for 4D golf, I tried to full screen the video and it locked up my screen and started strobing.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, I can only guess how many words a video is (WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS):

• This occurs on both my monitors
• It's worth noting that I appear to be suffering from #9209 as well
