Context menu bugs out and opens in a new window, see screenshot.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. View > Recording & Screenshots
2. Open a recording
3. Click the back button
4. Right clicking on any screenshot/recording, or clicking the drop down menus will open in an empty window

The latest beta said it had a fix: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/SteamClientBeta/announcements/detail/4167599571728987172

Fixed Recording and screenshots context menu opening in its own window.

But on Linux it is still broken.
