Game Recording resolution does not scale with display size when docked

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Demonstrative video: https://youtu.be/jTDalBDo9Cc If I record gameplay footage from a 4K TV while my Docked, the recording only takes the top left part of the screen at the Deck's native display resolution.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Dock your Steam Deck to a display larger than what is in the deck
Record video footage with Game Recording

Result:

Only the top left portion will be recorded

Expected:

The whole screen should be recorded

I reported this issue in the forums as well, but TBQH, it feels like the forums are where issue reports go to die because they are always so cacophonous.

My docked display is at 1080p, so my 720p subset captures a larger percentage of the screen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hF32cmvtbpU

This has been fixed. Probably in the latest beta update.
