The Steam ingame overlay is now non-responsive to me on the latest beta. The only thing that seems to work very unreliably is the recording widget at the top and the Exit game button to the left. If i hover my mouse on anything else: if Friends widget is open, game overview widget, settings, notifications it all renders but mouse behaves as if nothing is there. I can't click on anything and cursor doesn't change to clickable pointer. The same also happens for any buttons underneath: can't click on anything to open friends for example if it's not open already.
This happens on X11 as well. Happens in any game both using Proton and Native. But this does not happen on Steam stable.
