Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When I'm on my Linux PC (not Steam Deck) and I have a long game recording, e.g. 1 hour, I can still export it as MP4 and save on local drive for later use, like editing, etc.
When I'm on Steam Deck, I expect to be able to do the same - save big recordings as MP4 files on Steam Deck's local storage. There's no way to do so. Neither to Steam Deck's drive, nor to a device on the same network (there's a 100 MB restriction, and typical 1 hour recording is 3+ GB). All I can do with a 1-hour-long recording is to export it as a clip, which is essentially useless (the only thing I can do with a big clip is to watch it, which is exactly the same thing I can do with the original recording - it can't be posted to Steam community, or Steam chat, or sent to another device because of size restrictions). File size restriction on sending to another device seems totally unnecessary, as it's something that happens over LAN, and sending even a 50 GB file over LAN shouldn't be an issue. Worse case scenario, it fails and has to be done again. There's no data loss, or anything like that.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
get on Steam Deck
generate a big game recording
try to export it as MP4 to local drive or over the network to a different device
