[Game Recording] - "Shortcut Keys" appear editable, but cannot be changed for the Steam Deck Controller. #11385

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Selecting one of the Shortcut Keys under the Game Recording settings will redirect the user to the Controller Settings to edit the Steam Button Chord Basic Configuration. When using the Steam Deck Controller, this configuration cannot be edited. Any changes made to it are immediately reverted. This issue isn't present when attempting to edit the same configuration for other controllers.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Navigate to Steam -> Settings -> Game Recording.
  2. Enable Record in background or Record on demand.
  3. Navigate to the Shortcut Keys section and press A on any of the entries.

Reproduction Rate: 5/5

Affected Platforms

Note: On Desktop, the Controller Settings for the Steam Button Chord Basic Configuration can only be accessed if a gamepad is actively connected. Since the issue only affects the Steam Deck Controller the issue cannot be reproduced on Desktop.
