Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When manually adjusting the gain for a microphone or headphone, the slider handle is slightly misaligned with the slider causing it to jump slightly up and right when selected.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Navigate to Steam > Friends & Chat.
2. Select Add New Group Chat (speech bubble with a + to the right of the Groups heading).
3. Give it any name and select Create chat.
4. Select the Voice Channels icon (speech bubble with a 🎤 in the right-hand side menu).
5. Select Add Voice Channel.
6. Press ... to access the Quick-Access Menu.
7. Highlight the microphone or headphone gain sliders.
8. Press A to select it.
