[CS1.6/CZ/HL1/GoldSrc] Increase precache item limit #1361

Please increase precache item limit to higher number, because some mods require more items than 512.

This is along the same lines as #1268 and #1284.

Yes, please comment on #1284 if there are other values which would be nice to increase.
