Quit faster the game. Switching the game to desktop and back is very fast, around half second, but quiting the game can take some time. What takes so long to kill it?

Which game is this for? Would it be better suited reported on https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife/issues/ maybe?

Didn't I write this issue on "CSS source"? Well That's the game...

Also starting the game is slow. But no issues on gameplay. Gaming is fast. I wonder what takes so much time to load the menu or quit the game. Killing the game should be fast, just deleting everything from memory.
