[CS][Feature Request] Add back the training room. #1932

The training room was a nice tutorial that was found in the original CS. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqGrnXFX8Vk). It would be nice to have back, and would be a help to newcomers.

Which game would you like to see it added to?

For feature requests like this, I'd suggest the tracker over at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife for CS1.6 and https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games for CS:S

We have separate trackers now?! Cool. I'm Closing and putting it in its proper place.
