Half-Life: Opposing Force - unable to progress past security door. #2242

After the scene where the head-crabbed soldier hurls the hazmat-suited scientist through the glass, there's a dead security guard followed by a head-crabbed scientist, then a security door. It's impossible to progress further as the security guard is dead or never spawns.

Hey, thanks for reporting! I’m closing this as a duplicate of https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife/issues/844 which is on the goldsrc tracker.
