Custom TF2 files not loading under SteamPipe. #2346

Custom TF2 files are not loading with SteamPipe. Seems to be affecting other Linux users I've talked to, though it appears to be working properly under Windows.

This is using Arch Linux, x86_64 architecture. I can provide additional information if needed.

I don't see anything interesting in stdout when starting the game, but here it is regardless:
