[Feature Request] Uploading While Downloading #2641

I just noticed how slow the Left 4 Dead 2 download was for me and thought that the download could be increased, if everybody would upload their downloaded data to other users at the same time they are downloading.

Terrible idea. Say hello to the ruined home network everywhere Steam is installed.
