Steam Overlay window positioning resets on game minimise #2944

When a game is minimised, the game overlay window positions will reset in alignment and size.

The desktop resolution and game resolution are both the same, at 1920x1200. This occurred on Ubuntu 13.10 Desktop 64-bit.

Valve note: does not seem to occur on Windows.
