Integrate with the Ubuntu messaging menu #3274

The 'Messaging menu' is the central hub for all applications that support chatting on Ubuntu. It allows easy access to all chat applications and a global icon that shows the Ubuntu user if there's a new message.

I would love to see Steam integrate with the Ubuntu messaging menu because it would make the user experience better and improve the overall integration with Ubuntu.

Same idea here, accessing stean notifications from the Ubuntu messaging menu would be great !
