Steam client version (build number or date): 1586022601
Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Debian
Opted into Steam client beta?: [Yes/No] No (Although, this has also occurred on beta on another system)
Have you checked for system updates?: [Yes/No] Yes
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Sometimes my system runs out of drive storage and I often have steam running when this occurs. After freeing space, the subsequent launch of Steam will yield the password I use for auto login and launch options for all games missing. I expect the the aforementioned data not to be deleted/missing on a subsequent load of steam after freeing storage space when previously full. This is annoying since there are a dozen or so games that I have set custom launch options for and this issue adds another step to correct before playing them.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Run out of storage space on the drive with steam installation.
Free space.
Close steam
Open steam
If that didn't reproduce try closing steam before freeing space instead of after.
