Steam is uppercasing steamlibrary path while paths are case sensitive on Linux (Visual bug)

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam library path in setting is in uppercase which make it invalid when you copy it. Linux filesystems are case sensitive and steam should not show steam library path in uppercase.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Settings -> Downloads -> Steam Library folder
2. Path of your steam library is in uppercase
