Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Whenever I have my friends list open and click to go offline the window switches to the normal disconnected friends list window but after closing that window there is a ghost friends list that shows up appearing as if you're online. You can move the window around but you can not close it at all without exiting steam and relaunching. Opening the friends list again and signing in leaves you with a grayed out friends list. Pictures posted below.
