Editing non-steam game shortcut fields sometimes clears all fields including the target and launch options. #9524

Steam client version: 1682708537 (from the deck)
SteamOS version: 3.4.6
Opted into Steam client beta?: no
Opted into SteamOS beta?: no
Have you checked for updates in Settings > System?: yes

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Add non-Steam game to library
Select non-Steam game and go to Properties
Begin editing the Shortcut field to rename the non-Steam game.
Occasionally all fields including "Shortcut", "Target", and "Start in" will all be cleared simultaneously, effectively making the shortcut useless.

I have encountered this bug a few times in the past couple of weeks on my Steam Deck, including twice today. I have to remove the non-Steam game entirely, and swap to Desktop Mode to readd it.
