Can't save a binding in Unity #679

I'm following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bn8eMxBcI70

I have Unity 2019.3.6f1, SteamVR Plugin 2.5.0 (SDK 1.8.19), SteamVR 1.10.32, Valve Index

At the step where I'm trying to add my action to the track pad, I've clicked Replace Default Binding.

The dialog appears and I click save. Nothing happens. The save button doesn't seem to do anything.

Did you find a solution for this problem? I'm having the same issue. It's kind of stuck in the saving mode.
