It looks like steamvr recognizes the headset but unity doesn't for some reason. Your unity editor log is oddly empty, can you try to enter play mode with it again (with a tracked pose driver component) and reupload a log?
Thanks for the feedback. Here are the logs for running with a tracked pose driver using both StarVR and Vive Pro Eye headsets for comparison (tracking works fine using Vive).
I forgot to mention: when exiting play mode using the StarVR HMD the following error shows up in the console:
[XRInputSubsystem] A device disconnection with the id 0 has been reported but no device with that id was connected.
@zite would it be possible to get a quick update on this? If the problem seems to be on Unity's side then I'll reach out to their support and raise the issue there. Thanks
@zite @1runeberg any chance to get an update on this?
this is ridiculous... A full month to just have a look at a log file... Great support
Any update on this issue? I'm currently having the same problem.

With Star VR, or another headset?
Hi,
I'm testing the latest v2.6.0b1 beta release with Unity 2019.3.12f1 using a StarVR headset (OpenVR-based). HMD tracking is not working with either the SteamVR [CameraRig] or an XR Tracked Pose Driver component. The headset does render the scene correctly but does not respond to any physical movement.
The steps I've taken are as follows:
I've uploaded the SteamVR System report and editor log here.
Is it possible to have other HMDs using OpenVR such as StarVR supported?
