SteamVR_Settings.asset stucks on importing #832

Hey, I'm trying to import latest release of steamvr_unity_plugin ( 2.6.1 ), and time to time, it's got stuck on importing SteamVR_Settings.assets. It's happening on different machines, on 2019.4.10f1 Unity version.

Anybody knows what is it?

Just encountered the same issue with v2.6.1 and Unity 2020.1.5f1.

Same issue with v2.7.2 and Unity 2020.1.2f1. Causes unity to be unresponsive
