Black screen on the Oculus but working in unity #913

Hi,

I am currently getting a black screen on my oculus, i can hear the sound effects when playing the Steam VR demo scene. I can see that on unity my screen is moving to how I move my head set, but no sontrollers also. When I use teh Steam CameraRig - i can see the plane - but no controls, I have looked for the forums but am un able to see an answer, any help would be most appreciated.

it seems that it works in a older version of unity, but not the new version, would be good to know if there is a fix for the new versions though, if some one has as answer. Otherwise for those who have this issue - easy fix is use 2019.4
