Does OpenVR Beta for Unity XR Plugin Output Audio in your Editor #62

I am unable to get any sound played over my Valve Index speakers when playing my app in Editor using the beta OpenVR Unity XR Plugin. I get sound from every other Windows app over the Index speakers when SteamVR is on, just not from Unity. I am beginning to wonder if the beta even outputs audio as I know it does not currently take controllers button inputs. If it does output audio and I should hear my app in the Index, then why might I not be. I can confirm that in the Windows sounds settings that the default output is the Index and the SteamVR settings either auto or via manual are also on the Index. Interestingly, if I choose another output device such as my main speakers while my app is running in the Unity Editor I get no sound either. It seems like it is not just the Index here but all audio output hence the post. When I change my XR Management settings to say Oculus or the Unity Mockup HMD, I get sound over my speakers and/or Oculus device no problem. It is just when I select OpenVR that I do not. I had realtek drivers/software installed before and removed that thinking it perhaps was the issue, but unfortunately it did not solve. Does OpenVR beta output sound? Any other suggstions. I see no settings in Unity to select the sound output and gather it just uses the Windows default. Thanks for your help!

Audio shouldn't be handled by our plugin as far as I know. I think this should be a unity issue.
