Epoch Specific Missions #30

The missions themselves need to be finalized and added.

We also need a custom Epoch Mission array added to the config. Then we need to append the contents of the epoch mission array to the correct arrays.

still need something like that? within the meaning of a missioncontroller to schedule the missions?

EM1 is an Epoch Specific Mission. I don't intend to create more.

Goal suspended indefinitely.
