Data table: add Status column to Cases view #24

it would be very helpful if there was a column that listed the status of the slide, whether it is new, good, or bad. Then when you search for a specific case, you would know the status of the slides and could quickly see if all slides were good for a particular case, without having to scroll through the good tab.
