Are you set driver settings to default? (Demul not work with force in driver -
fxaa, msaa and more anos setting)

Sorry for answering late, OK, fresh windows 7 installation, then nvidia
drivers, got visual c++ 2008 / 2010 / 2012 redistributable. The first thing I
tried is demul 0.58 since I was curious about new changes. Graphics settings on
nvidia panel are set to performance. Theres nothing else related to graphics
installed, not overclocking software or third software.

latest directx? because my GT540M works just fine, very close to your
specifications... also, did you adjusted default gpu settings? try to set less
layers than 32 and internal resolution to x1
